Midwest Ag supplements has introduced Smart Tank Monitoring System (STMS) on farm and dairy bulk storage tanks as well as monitoring lick-wheel feeder tanks. The (STMS) provides producers daily monitoring of levels in their liquid supplement tanks anywhere a cell phone signal will reach. Producers can access the (STMS) web page anytime to check on tank levels as well as see their history of the supplement use.
The (STMS) also works well on lick-wheel feeder tanks for daily checks on supplement consumption intakes and when refills are required. By using consumption information contained on the history page, producers can gauge pasture conditions and determine feed use and requirements.
